Personal quotations

All stays are available on request. A website enquiry or shortlist is not a reservation and does not hold a room. We check current availability, rates and booking conditions with the supplier before presenting your quotation.

Before you confirm

Your written quotation will set out the travel dates, accommodation, room category, currency, inclusions, exclusions and applicable additional charges. Supplier-specific deposit, final-payment, cancellation and amendment conditions will be provided before you accept. Please read and agree to those terms before making payment.

Confirmation and changes

A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation after the required supplier conditions have been met. Availability and quoted rates may change until confirmation, and offers are subject to their stated validity. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking; charges will depend on the conditions agreed for that reservation and applicable law.

Property information

Property listings help you explore possible stays; they do not imply a preferred partnership or approved trade contract. Photographs marked as landscape inspiration are not photographs of the listed properties. Region markers on the map indicate approximate regional centres, not lodge entrances. Temporary closures, facilities, age restrictions and access arrangements are checked for your itinerary.

Travel preparations

Travel insurance, entry requirements, transport and health preparations should be considered for your journey. We can discuss these when planning your itinerary. This website does not accept online payments.
