Your enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a message in Gmail or your email application. It is sent to us only when you send that email. We receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, preferred dates, destination, guest counts, children’s ages, country of residence, room choices, budget, transfer needs and any requirements you choose to share. We use it to respond, prepare quotations and arrange travel you request. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or passport copies through the enquiry form.
Sharing and storage
Where needed to arrange your requested travel, relevant information may be shared with accommodation providers or other travel suppliers. We use Gmail for correspondence and a protected hosted workspace for client and booking records. Our hosting, email and travel suppliers may process information outside South Africa. We retain correspondence and booking records for the purpose of responding to enquiries, providing travel services and meeting applicable record-keeping requirements.
Website services
This website uses hosted infrastructure, externally hosted landscape images and supplier-hosted gallery links. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information when you use the website. Their own privacy policies also apply. You do not need a ChatGPT account to browse the public travel pages; ChatGPT sign-in is used for the owner's back office. We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct information we hold about you, request deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern using the contact above. Booking or legal record-keeping requirements may affect what can be deleted. Travel enquiries do not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
